The house A SUALNA is very comfortable, in a privileged setting overlooking an exceptional panoramic view of the Tyrrhenian Sea, the south coast of Corsica and Sardinia on the horizon.

The house is composed of a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms on the lower floor, a mezzanine above the living room, three bathrooms and three toilets.
All the living rooms have a panoramic view of the sea.
Each of the bedrooms, very spacious, have its own bathroom and separate toilet.
Both bedrooms and the mezzanine can be installed with either a double bed or two single beds.
The infinity pool of 4m x 9m, heated by solar collectors, also benefits from the panoramic view.
The garden terrace and pool terrace are furnished with deckchairs, armchairs and coffee tables.
The house is ideally located 500 meters walk from the beautiful beaches of Palombaggia (Tamaricciu). You can get down there on foot in a few minutes.
We also provide a free access card to the beach parking lot.
The beaches of Palombaggia (I Pini, Tamaricciu, Folaca and Acciaghju) are among the most beautiful in Corsica: translucent turquoise waters lined with white sand and umbrella pines. Shallow waters suitable for swimming and playing with children.
The panorama bathes all the main rooms of the house and allows to live totally in contact with this beautiful natural environment. The house is bioclimatic: designed to be naturally warm in winter and cool in summer (the sun bathes the house in winter but does not enter the house in summer).
The house uses outdoor weather conditions for maximum indoor comfort. She is respectful of the beauty of her environment. Solar thermal collectors for domestic hot water and underfloor heating, photovoltaic solar collectors for electricity. Cooling is provided by a Provençal well that constantly blows clean and fresh air and by a refreshing floor connected to an apple heat and air conditioning. The floor is warming or refreshing depending on the season.
